We Ship Most “In Stock” orders to customers in the continental US within 48 hours. Orders are picked up Monday-Friday at 4:00PM eastern standard time from our Georgia facility. Any order received after pick up times will process the following business day.

Please allow an additional 1-7 days for UPS/U.S.P.S. to deliver package to your location from our New Jersey warehouse. In the event timing is important, please let our customer service department know so we can help arrange alternative shipping methods for your order. UPS ground and expedited options* are also offered for your convenience.

For orders shipping to approved UPS destinations rates appear prior to checkout for your convenience.

*Expedited Shipping- UPS services with pricing based off logistics of order. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Day options ship same day as ordered if received before 2:30 est. and Ground will ship within 24 business hours. Pricing is available during checkout process with “real time” rates.

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
